PRODIVER blends new and old. The outsized 47mm case is sculpted of 316L (stainless steel) and is rich in contemporary bevelled angles. The internal timing bezel, operated by a second crown on the outside of the case, a semblance of popular compression case-style dive watches of the ‘60s. A distinct wave pattern featured throughout.
An official diving instrument certified by the International Organization for Standardisation (ISO) as defined in the rigorous criteria for submersible timepieces (ISO-6425). A time-preselecting device protected against inadvertent manipulation; legibility on the dial and visibility in the dark; magnetic-, shock-, and chemical-resistance; strap durability, and — most important of all — water and pressure resistance.
Legibility so important that the ISO has clearly delineated which elements must be absolutely clearly legible at a distance of nearly ten inches: the time (with the minute hand obviously distinguishable from the hour hand), elapsed time on the timing bezel, and an indication that the watch is running (via a visible end-of-life indicator).
Water resistant up to 30ATM, powerful Swiss ISA 8371/2010 movement promises precision, safe under an extra-thick c. sapphire crystal and protected against the elements by a screw-down crown system and push buttons threaded to fit precisely into the case.
