REPAIRS

 

For all repairs, customers must complete and submit a Repair Merchandise Authorization form. A printed copy of this form must be included in your package.  

Please mail us your watch through a trackable shipper, like UPS, FedEx or USPS. We recommend that you insure your package for the original purchase value in case it is lost in transit.

BRERA GROUP LLC is not responsible for lost packages. In all cases, please include the following:

  • A copy of the warranty card filled in as required or copy of the original sales receipt to validate the date of purchase.
  • A  note explaining what service is needed for your watch.
  • Your contact information: name, return mailing address, email address, and contact telephone number.


Please do not send the original packaging or wooden box* and ship to:

All repairs must be mailed. We cannot accept walk-in customers for insurance purposes. Unfortunately, all walk-in customers will be turned away.


We will contact you when we receive your watch and advise you whether there will be any associated repair charges or if the watch will be repaired under warranty.
