RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 
For all returns or exchanges, customers must complete and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization form. A printed copy of this form must be included in your package.  
Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return or exchange.

We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the unworn merchandise returned, excluding a 5% restocking fee and original shipping charges. Refunds are issued to the original credit card used when placing the initial order.

We accept returns only within 30 days from the purchase date.

Any balance due/owed will be billed/refunded in the original form of payment and placed against the original billed person. If applicable, your credit card will not be billed for the exchange order until your order is shipped.

At that time, you will receive an email confirming the exchange order shipment and order tracking detail.
